Redesigned for 2011, the Volkl Bridge manuvers well in a variety of snow types with its new 128-95-115 shape. Its ELP rocker design makes it most adept at new snow and deeper stuff. This is primarily a big mountain ski. It’s got excellent pop, but the rocker is a bit much for really hard snow. Out west this is a great allaround ski, but steer clear if you are primarily a northeastern skier.
